Serving a dynamic veteran, and senior community at Elsie Mason Manor, the scope of work includes interior and exterior renovations of all apartment units and common areas, exterior repairs, new roofs, parking lot resurfacing, site amenities, replacement of window glazing, cabinets, floor covering, plumbing and electrical fixtures. The project also includes addition of a new custom 17-story elevator, including shaft enclosure, cab, and mechanical equipment, to the outside facade of the building. 4Sight implemented supervisory guides and check-off lists to make certain that compliance with the design documents was maintained and quality control is monitored by both the superintendent and project manager through the design source selection and construction delivery process. Interior space reconfiguration also included remodeled two stacked floor common areas for office, maintenance area, reception area, storage, fitness room, ADA bathrooms, mail box distribution, coffee bar, fireplace addition, common rooms & upgrades to "City Skywalk".
